So we bought our kitchen table from American Furniture Galleries and when we got it home it had a scratch on it so Cory called them and they said they would order a new table top this was on March 3rd. Cory decided to stop by their on Monday and it has been sitting there this whole time and never called. They told Cory they would come out on Thursday between 5-8pm then on Thursday they cancelled and we haven't heard from them since. So I called them this morning to give them a little piece of my mind. And the guy had the nerve to tell me that he was doing ME a favor. Can you believe that?!?! I told him he might want to work on his customer service because it sucks! And he told me don't tell me how to work on my customer service I have been in furniture 10 years, like that means anything to me. So I told him I expected it to be replaced this week. Then he had the nerve to tell me to tell my husband to bring the scratched table top in himself and get the new one...eeerrr!! This guy is really pissing me off! Any suggestions because I thought the customer was always right!!



P.S. SPREAD THE WORD NOT TO SHOP AT AMERICAN FURNITURE GALLERIES IN CHANDLER.....THEY SUCK ALL THE WAY AROUND!!!
